I took over management of operations in 1991 and have grown the business from a start up office of 3 agents to a Full Service Real Estate Brokerage with a staff of over 25+ employees and associates in 2023.

I obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from Indiana University and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business from Indiana University. I have also served on a wide range of boards and commissions, including the Bloomington Municipal Facilities Corporation, Bloomington Advancement Corporation, Commission for Bloomington Downtown, Bloomington Economic Development Corporation (two terms as President) and served 8 years on the Bloomington City Council (two terms as President).
