Biography

Ellen Mahoney is a distinguished leader in the Metro-Detroit real estate industry, with her entire career has remained focused on real estate and gaining much invaluable experience. As the owner of RE/MAX Commercial Connection and RE/MAX Connection.
Detroit, she has built a reputation for excellence in both commercial and residential real estate.
Ellen's career began as a commercial real estate paralegal at prominent Detroit law firms, where
she gained invaluable experience working with major developers and overseeing significant real
estate transactions. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish a residential mortgage
brokerage and later preside over a Birmingham title company, where she successfully expanded
their commercial division. In 2016, Ellen made a significant mark by opening the first exclusive
commercial brokerage for RE/MAX in Southeastern Michigan, specializing in sales, acquisition,
development, and leasing of commercial properties. Ellen's commitment to integrity and
community service is reflected in her numerous leadership roles, including positions with
Commercial Real Estate Women of Detroit, the Advisory Board for Life Remodeled, and the
Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce.
