Biography

I'm a full-time REALTOR and a responsible broker at RE/MAX Advantage in Rapid City, SD, with over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. Over the years, I've assisted hundreds of clients in buying, selling, and investing in both commercial and residential properties throughout the Rapid City region, the Black Hills, and West River South Dakota. 

As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), I bring a deep level of expertise in financial, market, user, and investment analysis. The tools and knowledge from the CCIM Institute allow me to offer clients top-tier service and value, whether they are searching for a single-family investment, multi-family properties, commercial spaces, office buildings, or land.

Before transitioning into real estate, I gained valuable experience in a certified public accounting firm and held leadership positions at Harley-Davidson, Foot Locker, and Walmart. This background has equipped me with a strong foundation in accounting, auditing, tax, operations, and management - skills I now use to help real estate clients make sound, profitable short- and long-term decisions.

As a long-time local resident, a husband, and a father of two, I am deeply connected to the area's neighborhoods, schools, businesses, and attractions. My active involvement in the community has only strengthened my appreciation for the beautiful region we call home.
