Education
Curtis Skomp knows the Florida Keys. He graduated from Coral Shores High School in Key Largo class of 1982. Curtis then attended the University of South Florida in Tampa, graduating with honors and a B.A. degree in Business Finance. Curtis worked & had professional training in sales and marketing with Procter & Gamble Co. and PepsiCo before moving back to the Keys and forming his own real estate company in Key West in 1992. Curtis and his family have lived in the Florida Keys for over 30 years and have resided in Key West since 1992. Curtis obtained the CCIM Designation in 1997. The CCIM designation & curriculum is known as the PhD of commercial real estate with graduate level training and education in real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment decision analysis.
