Biography

I bring a wealth of knowledge from my years of experience working in the real estate industry. My career spans over 30 years. I've handled a variety of types of transactions. My focus has been on residential real estate. Although, I've often sold vacant land, farms, ranches & other specialty properties. I've learned that every transaction is different & can present unique challenges. Negotiating complicated contracts & advising & guiding my clients through the detailed closing process over my career has made me uniquely attuned to my clients’ needs. Results driven, bringing a win-win conclusion to the transaction process, is my goal each & every time. I am based in Las Cruces, NM & I am active in the residential real estate market throughout Southern New Mexico. I am licensed in both New Mexico & Texas. As Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Classic Realty, my career has included managing day-to-day real estate activities for more than 60 brokers. Advising & guiding them through the processes & complications of their unique real estate experiences.

I am honored to be the recipient of 2023 National Broker/Owner of the Year for RE/MAX, LLC. I am also the 2023 New Mexico Broker/Owner of the year. I am a past Las Cruces MLS President & MLS/Las Cruces Board Director. I love participating in the Children's Miracle Network as well as Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign. Supporting Wounded Warriors, the local food bank, Toys for Tots, as well as other programs are important to me. Living & working in the Las Cruces community gives me a sense of connection & pride in my city.
