Frank C Leach is the Broker / Owner of RE/MAX Platinum Services and team leader of the Frank Leach Group. Frank currently holds several realtor designations including CRB, CRS, ABR, SRES, CDPE, MILRES, and CPS.
As a retired naval officer, serving 24 1/2 years on active and reserve duty in engineering and diving & salvage fields, Frank has gained exceptional leadership skills and extensive management experience.
Frank has been involved in real estate brokerage, land use and development, and construction management for over 46 years. He has had the privilege to manage and work in some of the most productive offices for several real estate organizations in the Northwest.
Frank has been recognized as Business Person of the Year, Realtor of the Year, Broker Owner of the Year, Realtor Hall of Fame, Realtor Emeritus, and received numerous leadership and achievement awards throughout his career.
He is a member of the National, State and local Kitsap Association of Realtors, member of the Commercial Brokers Association, sits on the board of directors of Land Title Company of Kitsap, and is an Emeritus board member with Kitsap Community Foundation, a non-profit organization working to create an equitable and sustainable culture of philanthropy in our communities.
Frank is a long-time resident of the Kitsap peninsula and has served on the Real Estate Advisory Committee for Kitsap County. He has seen the area grow into the thriving community it is today and has helped develop many of the beautiful subdivisions in the area.
One of Frank's greatest passions is helping people achieve their goals. He is a Washington State licensed and accredited real estate trainer and has helped hundreds of individuals launch their real estate careers.
