I am the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Paramount Properties. I was raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and have resided in Lakeland since 1986. I majored in Finance and Real Estate at Florida Atlantic University, obtained my Real Estate License in 1979, and became a Licensed Broker in 1982.
I have been the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Paramount Properties since 1994. I currently own and manage numerous properties in the area as well. My company has handled over 23,000 transactions and over $3 Billion in sales volume since 1994.
I have developed numerous residential and commercial projects in Florida and Georgia and also owned, managed, and sold numerous apartment complexes as well as residential subdivisions, industrial properties, multi-family parcels, and vacant land tracts.
My experience includes: Banking & Financing; Developing; Corporate Administration; Property Management; Sales and Leasing; Contract negotiating; Planning, Zoning, DRIs and Permitting; Marketing; and Probate Administration, and on the Board of numerous charitable organizations.
I am an avid fisherman, snow skier, horseman, coached little league baseball, and fundraise for numerous charitable causes. And I try to play golf ! Currently a Board of Director of the Polk County Boys and Girls Clubs.
