Originally from Fort McMurray, Charlyn made the move to Lac La Biche over 20 years ago and quickly knew she had found home. Drawn to the people, the pace of life, and the strong sense of community, she chose to put down roots here and proudly raise her daughter in the same place she now serves professionally.
Charlyn has been a successful REALTOR® with RE/MAX La Biche Realty since 2007, building a career on trust, strong relationships, and a genuine commitment to her clients. For her, real estate is more than a job, it’s about guiding people through some of life’s biggest decisions with honesty, care, and clear communication every step of the way.
Her dedication has earned her multiple recognitions from RE/MAX, including the 100% Club Award, Executive Club Award, and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award.
Deeply connected to the community she serves, Charlyn has volunteered with organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce, Little Sprouts Day Care, Rotary Club, Humane Society, and numerous community events and initiatives. She believes that strong communities are built through connection, involvement, and giving back.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Charlyn in her garden, enjoying time with family and friends at local campgrounds, or taking in the lake views on the golf course. As she often says, “The summers here will blow you away.”
