Nick Ndoja is the Broker Owner of RE/MAX First Luxury and a visionary entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in real estate investment, development, and brokerage. Since 2001, he has built a remarkable career specializing in both commercial and luxury residential real estate, with over $1 billion in total career transactions.
A graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Tirana, Albania, Nick is known for his analytical approach, strategic vision, and ability to structure complex real estate deals. His expertise spans multiple asset classes, including retail centers, multifamily developments, hotels, office buildings, land development, gas stations and fuel distribution, warehouses, property portfolios, and luxury waterfront estates.
Nick is also the co-founder of Dome Equities Inc., a development company he operates with his son Richard, focusing on high-end waterfront developments in Fort Lauderdale’s most prestigious neighborhoods.
