Biography

Hi! Thanks for viewing my profile. My journey into real estate was definitely a 180 degree turn. I was born and raised in Edmonton. I attended the U of A and completed a Bachelors of Commerce degree, then went on to complete many courses including the Chartered Financial Analyst Program Levels 1 and 2, the Professional Financial Planning Course, the Canadian Securities Course, and obtained my licensing for options and derivatives.

After working as a stockbroker for a few years, I decided my passion and heart are in the real estate business. Not as a Realtor though, I started as a home builder. It was after using a Realtor that I decided to pursue a career in real estate sales. I obtained my real estate license in 2006. My real estate career quickly took off, and shortly after entering the business I ranked in the top 5% of sales on the Edmonton Real Estate Board. From there I've consistently ranked in the top 5% of sales on the Edmonton Real Estate Board.
I've been told it's due to my strong business foundation and unrelenting work ethic that I achieved the RE/MAX Hall of Fame designation in 2008, and the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award in 2014. I've developed an experienced sales and marketing team where every member plays a very important role in our client's success. Each member is a specialist in their respective area and everyone is geared towards the common goal of providing our clients with the service and results they are looking for. When you hire me, you get not only me, but the focus, care, and attention of my entire team.

In 2013, I founded Pavone Homes. We were selected as a top 3 finalist for the 2015 Canadian Home Builders Awards of Excellence. Building in the luxury market requires a strong focus on the details, and I've used my experience in the real estate market to push the boundaries and ensure the "wow" factor is achieved in every home. And, in turn, this experience with home construction and quality makes me a better REALTOR®.
