Daniel Silvestre Garcia grew up in the City of Eagle Pass Texas. In 1997, he moved to San Marcos and attended Texas State University, and pursued his studies in International Business before finishing his degree in Administration - Operations Management from The University of the Incarnate Word.

In 1999, he pursued a job opportunity with the sales team of a Fortune 500 Company. He quickly excelled with ground breaking sales and was then assigned to improve several large format territories in the Austin market. Daniel knew that the conventional ways of selling would continue to render high volume sales but knew that by implementing an innovative and more personal approach, would be the key in consistently maximizing profits for his clients. By fully understanding the needs of his clients and a keen eye for detail, Daniel applied his expertise and commitment in fulfilling his objectives and proved higher client returns for years to follow.

In 2004, he decided to make his move to the vibrant city of San Antonio to be closer to family. His goal became a reality and diligently focused his time on learning the Real Estate market. His drive, passion, dedication and loyalty are the characteristics that define his work ethic. Since 2006, Daniel has consistently been recognized as a Top Producer among his peers and Brokerage firms he has worked with. Daniel started his early years in the career learning the residential consumer market in San Antonio in order to understand the city and foster relationships. Daniel's first specialty designation was the CRS designation, The Certified Residential Specialist, the highest credential awarded to residential agents, managers and brokers. Member of the Council of Residential Specialist. Only 2.5% of all agents hold this prestigious designation. He then pursued and holds the ACP designation. The Accredited Commercial Professional designation is from the Commercial Real Estate Advisors. Member of the Commercial Real Estate Advisors. Furthermore, Daniel’s persistence for Global Property Marketing and Maximum Property Exposure for his listings, challenged him to pursue extensive training, certify his experience and earn the esteemed and highly notable, CIPS designation, The Certified International Property Specialist. There are only an estimated 2,000 agents in the World with this distinctive designation and only an estimated 8 agents in the San Antonio area. Daniel's passion for problem solving and helping business owners led him immediately into the commercial sector. Daniel specializes in commercial investments in the State of Texas and has created a network of peers that has helped him create solutions for U.S. and foreign investment firms. Daniel has taken 3 of the 5 CCIM main courses, with 10 additional CCIM courses ranging from Feasibility Analysis, Before and After Tax Cash Flow Analysis, Creating Reliable Valuations, Syndications, to Commercial Loan Underwriting and a list of others. Daniel Silvestre Garcia serves as Vice President of Commercial Brokerage Services with an office in San Antonio, TX and is an active investor in Central Texas.
