Lisa manages operations, marketing, and client care for the Hall Group, ensuring a seamless and supported experience for every client. She holds her Broker’s License and multiple designations and is known for her warm communication style and detail-driven approach.
Previously, she served as Vice President of RE/MAX Associates, mentoring agents and overseeing daily operations supporting millions in annual sales.

Jason
Real Estate Expert Since 1990 • Negotiation Specialist
Jason has guided more than 1,400 clients through home purchases and sales and has overseen an estimated $5 billion in real estate volume. Early in his career, he became one of San Diego’s top Buyer’s Agents and one of the youngest recipients of the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award.
He later owned RE/MAX Associates, growing it to 15 offices and 500 agents, ranked 44th nationally by RealTrends. In 2007, he returned his focus to personally advising buyers and sellers, drawing on decades of market insight, negotiation expertise, and industry leadership.
