Born and raised in Alaska with over 30 years of commercial real estate and business acquisitions experience, Matt specializes in the purchasing and selling of commercial buildings, raw land, national franchise site acquisitions, with professional negotiations of commercial leases for: industrial, office, medical and retail spaces. Matt has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate. Matt owns Alaska Mergers and Acquisitions LLC, specializing in the sale of companies throughout the state of Alaska which includes, analyzing cash flow, creating sales brochures, and marketing of all listed commercial and business properties. Matt is consistently in the Quarterly and Annual Top 10 Producers at RE/MAX Dynamic Properties. Matt is also the co-owner of two Alaskan businesses and other commercial properties. Matt is an experienced professional commercial real estate and business acquisitions negotiator.
