Helping my clients achieve their commercial real estate objectives is my top priority. With my 33+ years in commercial real estate brokerage plus five years in corporate real estate, I have developed the skills, experience, market knowledge and industry connections to bring success to my clients.
My wife Wendy Blair and I launched RE/MAX Commercial Logic, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage, consulting and property management firm, in 2013. Our primary service area is Metro Baltimore, stretching from Harford County to Howard County. Our office is located in Downtown Baltimore. Since its founding, RE/MAX Commercial Logic has completed over 230 transactions, having a total value of $73+ million. On behalf of our clients, we have leased, purchased or sold over 600,000 square feet of commercial space, 84 multi-family units and 45 acres of commercial land.
My production earned my membership to the Executive Club in 2015, 2017, 2018, 2020 & 2021. I earned membership to the 100% Club in 2019, and the Platinum Club for 2025.
I earned a BS in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Currently, I serve on the Board of the Market Center Merchants Association. I recently served on the Board of Trustees of Maryland Art Place, and from 2004 to 2006, and served as a commissioner on the Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners.
I am married, my wife and I have two daughters, and we live in Baltimore City. I was born and raised in Baltimore City, graduating from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute. I enjoy reading, writing, kayaking, home improvement, repairing automobiles and touring the country on my motorcycle.
