As a real estate agent and brokerage owner, James has a wide range of expertise. He is also deeply committed to his community. As someone who is raising his own family here, James understands the local markets better than most.
After starting out as an agent over 12 years ago, James purchased a RE/MAX franchise and now partners in 2 offices with 15 agents. More than the success, he loves knowing the work he does each day is making a positive impact on the lives of his colleagues and clients. His business thrives because of this dedication to putting people first.
On top of building personal connections with his clients, James is also driven to stand out with innovative ideas. He enjoys studying the real estate industry, and marketing is something he takes very seriously. He is always looking for new ways to make his listings stand out from the crowd. That includes regular video updates of the properties he and his team are currently working with. It’s just one of the ways James goes above and beyond for his clients.
When he’s not busy negotiating deals or helping guide clients through the buying and selling process, you can usually find James spending time with his family. He also loves to ride his Vespa, go out kayaking, sing in a men’s choir, or out on the greens for a round of golf.
