Biography

Scott Cobb is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 8 years of experience in the industry. He began his career as the owner of ABC Sign and Lighting, Inc., where he honed his skills in business development, customer service, and project management. After successfully running his own business, Scott transitioned to commercial real estate and joined RE/MAX Above & Beyond in Hillsborough, NC.


Throughout his career, Scott has established himself as a trusted advisor to his clients, providing them with expert guidance and support in all aspects of commercial real estate. He has a keen eye for identifying opportunities and negotiating deals that deliver maximum value for his clients.


When he's not working, Scott loves to indulge in his passions for music and the outdoors. He's an avid drummer and musician, and he loves nothing more than jamming with his friends and fellow musicians. He's also a passionate Harley Davidson rider, and he enjoys hitting the open road whenever he gets the chance.


Scott is also an enthusiastic outdoorsman, and he loves to fish, hunt, and boat in his free time. He's a proud father of two children who are on their way to becoming professionals and upstanding members of their community.
