Raised in a ‘real estate family’ in Central Indiana, David Whitehead started his career with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University and being licensed in multiple states since 2001 (Indiana, Illinois & Michigan), he has honed his expertise over the years. His experience encompasses various aspects of real estate, from residential sales, commercial sales & leasing, as well as farmland & income producing properties and he's shown exceptional proficiency in each area.
David's track record speaks for itself, with over $80 million in career sales volume and more than 400 properties sold. His consistency is evident through his average of 40-45 transactions per year, a testament to his strong sales and negotiation skills. Being among the top 5% of agents in both the Northwest Indiana Realtors Association(NIRA) and RE/MAX agents in Indiana reflects his dedication and competence in the field.
Furthermore, David's commitment to staying updated with market trends and enhancing his skills through continuing education underscores his professionalism. Outside of work, David is married to his wife, Lanell and they have 2 children Anna Laine (12) & Clayton (10). A proud Boilermaker, he loves football and basketball, enjoys golfing, likes to travel and is a member of Crosspoint Church. In his spare time he enjoys time spent at the kid's sporting events, chilling at the beach and cheering on his Boilers..
