In building my real estate practice I have been a principal Broker of a small, high producing local agency in downtown Portsmouth. I have been part of multiple major development teams here on the Seacoast, developing landmark properties. I know the local market on the Seacoasts of Maine and New Hampshire from all sides. And I constantly assess the trends in the marketplace both through local and national affiliations, to bring knowledge to my clients. As a resident and ‘local' I have raised my family on the Seacoast, volunteered on multiple boards and municipal committees. And, participated gratefully and enthusiastically to make our community what it is and will continue to be.
