Debbie Fulford is a seasoned real estate agent in Southwest Georgia with over 35 years of experience, specializing in residential and investment properties. She is currently an Associate Broker at RE/MAX of Albany, where she has been a top producer since joining the firm in 2010.
A lifelong resident of Albany, Debbie graduated from Dougherty High School and continued her education at Darton College before completing her real estate training at the Albany School of Real Estate. She holds two respected professional designations: ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), demonstrating advanced training in working with buyers, and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), a distinction held by top sales agents and brokers nationwide.
In 2022, Debbie was named RE/MAX of Albany’s Realtor of the Year for achieving the highest sales volume and was also inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. A committed leader in the local real estate community, she currently serves as President-Elect of the Albany Board of Realtors (ABOR). Her accolades include the 2024 ABOR Professionalism Award, the ABOR Good Neighbor Award, ABOR Realtor of the Year, the Phoenix Award, and the Presidential Achievement Award for 30 consecutive years.
Debbie is a strong community advocate, having served as Board Chair and currently as an Emeritus Board Member of the ARC of Southwest Georgia. She is a graduate of Leadership Albany and Dougherty Leadership, a former board member of the Albany Chamber of Commerce and the Albany Economic Development Commission, and is currently attending the Georgia Association of Realtors Leadership Academy.
Outside of real estate, Debbie enjoys time with her family at their weekend lake home at Lake Blackshear.
