Biography

Krystal Corley is a Chicago native, real estate leader, and Chief Operating Officer of RE/MAX Premier. With more than $50 million in closed residential sales, she brings both production excellence and executive-level operational strategy to the brokerage.

Krystal earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from Howard University, followed by a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her academic background, paired with her early career in corporate consulting, gives her a unique perspective on market analysis, urban growth, and financial performance.

Krystal entered real estate in 2014, building her business on education, transparency, and community empowerment. She launched her career by hosting first-time homebuyer seminars and has since represented clients across Chicago — from Rogers Park to South Shore to Logan Square — helping families build wealth through homeownership.

Today, in addition to serving clients, Krystal leads operations as Chief Operating Officer of RE/MAX Premier, overseeing six office locations and supporting hundreds of agents. She plays a critical role in financial oversight, strategic growth, and brokerage expansion — most recently reviewing and overseeing financials for the company’s acquisition of North Shore office locations. Her leadership focuses on scalable systems, agent development, and long-term sustainability.

Krystal is a recipient of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, recognizing her production achievements and commitment to excellence.
