Biography
Rob Rolley has 20 years in commercial real estate in the Pikes Peak region. Mr. Rolley’s extensive background in customer service, development and leadership having been involved with community development for over 18 years. As the leader, strategic planner and visionary for multi-million-dollar YMCA's in San Diego and Colorado Springs, Rob brings strong experience in assisting clients in negotiations, identifying matching products, and positive financial returns.Mr. Rolley was one of the founding members of the Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers board and served in that leadership role for six years. RE/MAX has named Rob to the “RE/MAX Hall of Fame” and he has consistently ranked in the top 100 commercial RE/MAX brokers world-wide.
Rob has spent the majority of his life in outdoor friendly areas including Alaska, California, Colorado and Wyoming. Mr. Rolley has lived in Colorado Springs for 22 years and he looks forward to spending the rest of his life at the foot of Pikes Peak. He graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1987 with an emphasis in Finance and immediately moved to San Diego and began a career in management.
