Biography

With a solid foundation in mechanical engineering, I embarked on a 22-year career in real estate, excelling particularly in commercial real estate. My expertise spans multifamily, industrial, retail, office, leasing, and business transactions, consistently delivering top-dollar results for my sellers. My adept negotiating skills have facilitated optimal deals for my buyers, forging enduring relationships built on trust and integrity.

In 2019 and 2023, I achieved the prestigious #1 spot in real estate sales within my company and in 2019 secured the #2 position in the RE/MAX Ohio region for commissions earned in Commercial Real Estate. My exceptional performance was further recognized with the Ohio Pinnacle Performance Award, one of only two recipients in Richland County. I was honored to join the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in November 2020, a testament to my unwavering commitment to excellence.

Before transitioning to real estate, I honed my skills in Sales and Marketing, catering to the Pepsi Bottling Group in Denver, CO. By prioritizing quality products and unparalleled customer service, I maintained the industry's strongest account with the highest sales figures. In 2002, driven by a desire to be closer to home, I transitioned to the dynamic realm of real estate.
