A Minnesota native (New Ulm) and one of 7 children, active in High School sports (football, basketball, track) and youth choir, chess club... Enlisted in the USAF (Shaw AFB, SC | 3 years) and a graduate of University of South Carolina (Columbia, SC) Biology major. Played basketball for the Gamecocks (3 years), member of Phi Kappa Psi fraternity and attended USC Graduate School (microbiology). Accepted to dental school (Emory University, Atlanta), but decided working in an office a lifetime wasn't for me--- Lived in New York City two years while modeling (Wilhelmina Models) and acting (Davien Littlefield Mgt). Moved to Los Angeles and began real estate career at Fred Sands of Malibu (now Coldwell Banker Malibu), specializing in land sales & development. Malibu Board of Realtors (8 years). Started custom residential development company (Ocean West Development) and built several luxury Malibu homes in the nine years there. Met wife Tiffany (Pepperdine Univ.|Graduate) and had their two children in Malibu: Masey & Kyle. Moved to Tiffany's home in Olympia to raise kids near family. Started own company (Sandpiper Homes & Development) and built several residential & commercial projects before working for Triway Enterprises (Cabela's, Horizon Point, Cooper Crest, The Reserve at Cooper Point,...). Joined RE/MAX Parkside in 2016 specializing in commercial/development/land & residential sales, while doing own local personal RE developments. Member of Thurston County Realtors Assn (Board of Directors) since 2016, Commercial Director ('19, '20, '23) and Board President ('21). Washington State Director ('21) & Finance Committee ('23).
