Biography

Brandon Hughes is the Associate Broker of Hughes Commercial Realty Group (HCR Group) a boutique, Alberta owned commercial real estate brokerage. Brandon is an integral part of an accomplished and productive brokerage team.

His experience entails managing complex commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, landlord & tenant leasing representation, asset underwriting, valuations, discounted cash flow analysis, purchase vs lease decisions and land development.

Included in Brandon’s personal endeavours are a variety of interests, he enjoys playing hockey, racquet sports, snowboarding, riding motorcycles, golf and strength training. He’s passionate about almost all sports.

In addition to his career in commercial brokerage, Brandon owns, self-manages and continues to grow a portfolio of multi-tenant income-producing commercial properties within the Edmonton area.
