I have won the RE/MAX 100% Club Award every year since I joined RE/MAX , received the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, received the 2025 RE/MAX Platinum Award and 2026 Charleston Real Producers Top 500 Award out of 7000 local Realtors. I have been a Realtor for over 22 years in the Charleston Tri-county area. I specialize in land, residential, commercial, short sales, bank foreclosures, investments, 1031, buyer representation, and selling properties for Sellers. I can help connect you with a good lender. I am with you every step of the way, from start to finish. I have lived in the Charleston area for my entire 59 years of life. I have been married to my husband for 35 years who is the Medical Coordinator of the North Charleston Fire Department. He is also a 24 year retired police office for North Charleston PD and was a Firefighter in the USAF that served in Grenada and Honduras. My children all graduated from Wando High School in Mt Pleasant. My oldest son is a firefighter Captain Paramedic at North Charleston Fire Department and P/T Paramedic at CCEMS, married and has given me 4 beautiful granddaughters. My youngest son graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL with a Bachelors in Aerospace Engineering with a specialty in Astronautics and received his graduate degree in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder and is now working for a contractor that supports NASA in Orlando, FL. My beautiful daughter graduated from Trident Technical College with an Associates in Emergency Medical Technology and is a Lead Paramedic Crew Chief at CCEMS and her husband is an Army Vet & Charleston County Deputy. I am a Homes for Heroes and Dave Ramsey Affiliate Realtor. My family and I attend Seacoast Church in Mt Pleasant, SC. We live, work and volunteer in our community. You are my client for life.!
