My name is Raymond Vasquez. I love working with people!
It is always my pleasure to be at the closing table, where I accompany my Sellers & they receive their "golden check".
It's where the 1st time Home Buyers are so nervous, yet so happy they are finally receiving their "keys". Most people ask the question: Why do I need an Agent to sell my house? My answer to them is "As your Realtor, I will help you throughout the entire home selling process. A marketing plan, that would advertise your property providing it with Global exposure.. My clients always come first. I am is an experienced professional Realtor, that is honest, trustworthy, loyal & ethical. You are my #1 priority! I commit to doing my best to net you the amount you are searching for. I'm present on the day of your property inspection, appraisal day, & at the closing table. My mission is always to make selling your house a smooth transaction. Your peace of mind is important to me. Guiding you, so that you may proceed with your future plans after the closing. I'm very easy going, have excellent listening & communication skills.
