Shawn Sell

Biography

Shawn has always had a passion for real estate. She loves how every building is unique just like every person. Ranging anywhere between classic/traditional to modern/innovative she enjoys finding the right property for the right person. Growing up in rural southwest Missouri near the Ozark Mountains, her father made his living as a farrier. Watching him work with horses and cattle taught her the value of an honest days work and the importance of patience. She attributes her good eye for details and creativity to a long line of very creative people. The combination of these make up Shawn's knack for problem solving and her dedication to whatever she does. Shawn has over 9 years of experience in sales and 6 years in the service industry. She has received recognition as a top performer and team leader making her an asset in selling your home or business. She also has 8 years of experience in warehousing/manufacturing starting on the production line working her way to forklift operator, clerk, assistant project manager and eventually office manager not to mention many other positions in between. She understand how important processes are to getting things done and will apply that in helping you find the property that fits your needs. She purchased her first home in 1999 at the age of 19. Moving to Bolingbrook, IL in 2004 she is familiar with Chicagoland and many of its suburbs. Since falling in love with the scenery of the Illinois Valley Shawn has called Ottawa/Naplate home since 2009. She hopes to help you find a place that you can call home a well.
