Born and raised in Fredericksburg, Les still calls the Fredericksburg area home. He has watched “the ‘Burg” transition from a small, sleepy town to a bedroom community of D.C., resulting in tremendous residential and commercial growth. His real estate lessons began as a child as he witnessed his mother successfully operate her own real estate brokerage, learning the importance of dedication, hard work and client satisfaction.
