Biography

Mr. Salinas has been a Commercial/Industrial Agent since 1984 and has helped facilitate project developments, Commercial/Industrial project development, construction, lending, and leases all throughout California, Idaho, Mexico, Japan. Palm Springs is his headquarters and home. He has lived here since a child and to Palm Springs 1994. Currently provides Consulting services to the Mexican Consulate to the U.S.A for the Riverside/San Bernardino county.
