I joined REMAX United Realty in 2019 with over 30 years of experience in the South Florida Real Estate Market. In my present position as Sales Director/Business Development, my main task is to direct the internal forces of the firm to grow and meet current market conditions in today's challenging economic environment, focusing on all types of real estate developments (commercial, residential, land development, etc) for domestic to overseas clients. In my former position as the Real Estate Advisor of Miami-Dade County's Internal Services Department-Real Estate Division for over 19 years, I oversaw the General Obligation Bond Funds Building Better Communities encompassing the development and construction of over $117 million of multifamily affordable housing units. I was tasked with County/HUD funding of over $10 million involving the Neighborhood Stabilization Program for the acquisition/rehabilitation of single-family foreclosed homesites as well as coordinating the management of the County's property assets and the disposition of County properties. My experience in the South Florida real estate market encompassing commercial, residential, multifamily, and real estate developments in both the private and public sectors will serve to guide my clients achieve their ultimate real estate endeavors in South Florida.
