Biography

Hi, my name is Nalini, however many of my family and friends call me by my second name, Ash. I am an associate broker who operates as a real estate agent.

Currently living in the Joshua Tree area, my office is RE/MAX Desert Properties in Palms Springs. I serve real estate needs around the entire high and low desert, specifically the Joshua Tree Gateway Communities including Joshua Tree, Morongo Valley, Yucca Valley, Landers, Twentynine Palms and Wonder Valley; and also Desert Hot Springs, Palm Springs, and Palm Desert in the Greater Palms Springs area.

I’m a member of the California Association of Realtors and actively involved in the local communities, serving as past board member Hi-Desert Memorial Health Care District Foundation, and founding/current board member of the Tourist Business District in the City of 29 Palms. I am committed to tourism sustainability concepts and practices in the high desert. I am actively involved as a steering committee member, for the Joshua Tree Art Exposition.

I represent buyers and sellers in Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Fifteen years of commercial property management, (in hotel and vacation home rentals), combined with an MBA, enhanced my skills to negotiate the best price for my clients. My services include residential buying and selling on most sales types (standard sales, probate, REOs and short sales). I am proud to say that I am a certified Military Relocation Professional.
