Patrick Hulley was the founder of the company that has become RE/MAX RISE Executives, Brokerage. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing with a specialty in land development and management of new home and condo projects. He is also a partner within the Your Realty Group a leading agent team within Re/MAX RISE with dedicated admin support. Through the partnership affiliation with Your Realty Group Patrick can provide not only the experience in the acquisition of development land but the team and management experience to take a project through from land acquisition to sell-out. Patrick's core focus is commercial real estate and through his association with Billy Peach, REALTOR ® the collective team provides turnkey support for managing new home and condo development sales. Patrick's experience includes the direct involvement in sales of well over 1,000 new home and condos and large scale acquisitions that include up to 450 condos in one sale through to the direct involvmenet in hundreds of acres of development land sales and 1,000's of sq.ft. of commercial leasing.
