Randall's real estate career over the last 21 years has been focused on sales and leasing for commercial and residential assets, i.e., multi-family properties, strip malls, office buildings, industrial properties and land/site development. Services include due diligence, consulting, financial recasting, asset valuations, asset purchase agreements for bulk sales, stock sales, and leaseholds. Site Development for National and Regional Franchisers and Ground Up build outs on several Class A centers and Office Buildings.
