Darin began his commercial real estate career in 2020. Alongside his team he has completed over 40 transactions with a total aggregate value in excess of $25 million in the industrial, land, office, and retail asset classes. His background in instrumentation and automation gives him a unique perspective; leveraging his technical understanding of automation and building systems for his clients' benefit during property sourcing and due-diligence. Darin is part of the investment sales and leasing team, responsible for representing tenants/landlords when performing asset lease-up and sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and closing value-add to core-plus investment opportunities. One example: Darin successfully sourced an outperforming investment deal, a 41 acre RV-storage facility for one of the team's best clients and took the project from identifying to underwriting to closing.Born and raised here in Alberta, Darin grew up with a large family in a small farming community, learning character building principles and the value of hard work. He and his wife currently reside in Beaumont with their dog Bentley. You can find Darin enjoying all sports from hockey, and snowboarding in the winter, to wake-surfing and volleyball in the summer. Darin is actively involved in his local community with various charitable organizations and most recently serving as a youth leader, mentoring from Grades 9 to 12 at Gateway Family Church.
