Biography

Bringing extensive knowledge of the real estate market and construction to her position as an accomplished and respected Realtor, Sandra offers her clients an outstanding level of service. Her formal education and experience in Business Management, Accounting and Construction allow Sandra to excel at every level of the real estate transaction.
Before returning to her previous passion of real estate in 2012, she spent nearly twenty years in the Construction industry. This experience and education have allowed Sandra to utilize her skills in negotiations, contracts, and attention to detail along with her customer service upbringing to help her clients obtain the “American Dream” or simply obtain their investment goals in real estate!
She specializes in Residential and Commercial Sales throughout Chicagoland. She has earned several designations and certificates to service her clients at the highest level possible. Sandra has studied and earned the honors of Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE), Short Sale & Foreclosure Specialist (SFR), Leading RE Relocation Specialist (LRS), Certified Military on the Move Specialist (MoM), Certified First Responder Specialist (FRS) and Certified Staging Consultant (CSC).
Her client’s needs are especially important to her. Every individual is incredibly unique, and she will strive to work to adjust and accommodate her client’s needs, goals, and styles. All while providing the skills, knowledge, and professionalism she is proud to put her name to!
Sandra is dedicated to her community and family. Her commitment extends to many organizations including but not limited to her son's school, church, children and professional organizations, senior organizations, and groups for those in need. She and her husband reside in Cary. She is the proud mother of five sons/daughters-in-law and two grandchildren.
