Biography

A 36-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Brian has managed
every aspect of the real estate transaction: from developing acquisition
and disposition strategies; to conducting market and feasibility analyses;
negotiating and executing leases and multi-state portfolio transactions totaling
approximately 12 million square feet at values more than $2 billion. Brian’s
broad-based experience as a broker and an investment entrepreneur, owner
and manager also includes the development and implementation of property
renovation plans, project and asset management as well as the negotiation of
loan agreements.
