Biography
Dan graduated from UWM with a BBA in Finance and Real Estate in 2000. He promptly began a career in real estate as an investor, landlord and construction management professional. In 2005 he was licensed as a Realtor in Wisconsin and joined a local commercial real estate firm, where he rose to VP of Office Properties. In 2011 his career path progressed to Corporate Real Estate Director for the Nation’s largest healthcare provider overseeing a robust portfolio spanning the State of Wisconsin and parts of Michigan & Illinois. In 2017 Dan returned to independent brokerage with Keller Williams where he led one of the State’s top producing teams as the largest producing non-principal broker.
Dan’s experience with construction, financial analysis, market analysis and complex real estate transactions coupled with his unique perspective as a corporate real estate professional, private investor and homeowner provides his clients a complete understanding of the marketplace, their options, and alternatives. His dynamic and detail-oriented approach to real estate transactions permits his clients the benefit of making a very informed choice when strategically planning, acquiring or divesting real assets.
