Josh first earned his license in 2005. Shortly later, he found himself in the short sale market during the Great Recession. His initial years in real estate were a trial by fire, which has shaped his career. Today, 60-70 percent of his clients are investors. His investors work with a wide range of properties, including residential and commercial (primarily retail and hospitality). Josh is also a licensed property manager and licensed business broker to provide complete services to his investor clients.
Throughout his career, Josh has always looked for opportunities for learning and expansion. He himself is a real estate investor and understands the ups and downs of the investing process from a client perspective. Additionally, he brings a technical background to work. Previously, he managed a drafting company with its own in-house programming. His experience helps him to be very comfortable with emerging real estate technology. As a numbers guy, Josh feels he gravitates toward doing business with investment minded client. He enjoys working out the calculations of investment real estate.
