Mr. Feighery has been a resident of Southwest Florida (SWFL) since 2005. As a local PGA Golf Professional, he has developed an intimate familiarity with some of the most sought-after real estate properties in Lee and Collier County. In 2013, Mr. Feighery embarked on an entrepreneurial journey by establishing and overseeing the operations of a sprawling 30-acre golf facility known as Alico Family Golf. The facility garnered national recognition by consistently ranking as a TOP 50 "Stand Alone Facility" for an impressive five consecutive years (2017-2021).
In the year 2021, Kraig orchestrated a notable achievement by successfully negotiating the intricate land transaction that culminated in the sale of the property to none other than Amazon. This accomplishment stands as a testament to his astute business acumen and prowess in navigating complex transactions.
Beyond his accomplishments in the realm of real estate and golf, Mr. Feighery is an esteemed figure within the Fort Myers community. His contributions have been acknowledged through accolades and awards bestowed upon him by esteemed organizations such as the Rotary Club, Young Professionals, Canterbury School, Lee County Public Schools, and FGCU, among others. His commitment to fostering positive community relationships is evident in his active involvement.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Kraig maintains a vibrant and active lifestyle. He enthusiastically engages in daily fitness routines, travel, embraces the challenges of the golf course, and relishes outdoor pursuits.
