CSULB graduate born and raised in Southern California. Kristine joins Remax Commercial with 4 years as a Community Organizer that passed public policy all over Los Angeles County. As a Community Organizer, Kristine would build and maintain relationships with city officials, community members, organizations, and implement LA County Public Healthy policy work into the city's ordinances. She wore many hats and she does anything she does with much passion and success. The Los Angeles cities of El Segundo, Hawaiian Gardens, Redondo Beach were cities that passed Tobacco Retail Licenses due to Kristine's community organizing efforts.
Kristine's thirst for growth and creativity transitioned her to work as a Location Manager/ Scout for 10 years in the Film Entertainment Industry. Her career included finding and managing locations with working production crews all over Southern California, She has worked on many tv shows, movies, commercials including Modern Family, Fresh Off The Boat, Ladybird, The Idol, and more.
Kristine has great knowledge and experience of the various markets in Southern California. Her past experiences, opened her mind to not only aid directors, producers, and production designers to find locations and solve problems, It helped with opening her mind to guide her friends, family, and build new relationships to those who needed real estate solutions.
In 2018, Kristine had a mind shift after reading the book, Rich Dad Poor Dad. The information from that book, sparked Kristine's interest to educate and indulge herself in the real estate industry. She invested into a premier real estate education and network called Fortune Builders. She successfully finished all the courses and learned how to real estate invest. She became active in real estate investing since then. So with her first hand knowledge, she would like to guide others in real estate investments.
