Leanne has lived in Ashland, Oregon for the last 13 years and brings a unique blend of Commercial and Residential real estate experience to Southern Oregon. Previously licensed in California and Hawaii, she worked for reputable companies such as CB Commercial, Grubb and Ellis and Pacific Development Group in Newport Beach. Her time in commercial real estate included 20+ years of retail development, leasing and management, with office and light industrial projects in her past portfolios. Upon re-location to the beautiful Rogue Valley, Leanne began exploring the complex and rewarding field of residential real estate. Fortunate to have worked along side some of Oregon's most influential and knowledgeable Principal Brokers, she has parlayed her tenacious but fair business negotiation skills with an inherent compassion and love of people into a devotion towards finding people their ideal home to create new memories. Leanne loves to river raft, visit Southern Oregon's award winning winneries, and hike the stunning, scenic trails of Ashland and beyond with her rescue Springer Spaniel, Lilly!
