John Sanderson is the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Peak to Peak and the founder of Sanderson Commercial Real Estate, based in downtown Winter Park and serving Winter Park, Fraser, Tabernash, Granby, and the broader Grand County market. John is known for disciplined pricing, data-driven strategy, and direct, no-drama execution across both residential and commercial real estate.
On the commercial side, John leads sales, leasing, and land strategy for property owners, investors, developers, and tenants. For the past six years, he has handled site selection and leasing for Lava Island Family Entertainment Centers, typically in 35,000–45,000 square foot big-box locations. Locally, he is active in small-format retail and office leasing, lease-up strategy, and the sale of multi-tenant commercial retail and office properties. His work also includes land acquisition for commercial and multifamily development, as well as disposition of larger commercial parcels for a range of end uses.
On the residential side, John helps buyers and sellers navigate a mountain market where seasonality, micro-neighborhood dynamics, and property condition materially impact value. His approach is simple: tell the truth about the market, price correctly, market aggressively, and negotiate hard—so clients can make confident decisions and close cleanly.
