Karen Anderson – REALTOR® | REMAX Realty 1, Fargo-Moorhead

Karen Anderson was raised in both Grand Forks and Fargo, with summers spent in Minnesota’s beautiful lakes country. Having also lived in various parts of North Dakota and Minnesota, Karen has gained a well-rounded appreciation for the recreation, culture, and community that make this region special. Today, she proudly serves clients in Fargo, West Fargo, Moorhead, Horace, and the surrounding communities, offering a unique perspective on what makes each neighborhood feel like home.
With a background in mortgage banking and professional experience at Concordia College and North Dakota State University, Karen brings valuable financial knowledge and community insight to her role as a REALTOR®. She has a genuine love for real estate and is especially passionate about helping first-time homebuyers navigate the process and guiding families who are relocating to the Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo area. From the big-picture planning to the smallest details, Karen is dedicated to making every real estate experience smooth and rewarding.
Outside of real estate, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing at the lake, and paddleboarding with her dog, Lucy. She also loves giving back to the community through her volunteer work with Make-A-Wish North Dakota.
