I’m excited to reenter the real estate world as a member of the Re/Max Jaret Cohn family. I have fourteen years of experience in the local market, ten of which was spent running an office with my wife Linda. I have a strong background in helping first time home buyers, single parents, and FMHA buyers in the past. During my career, over one thousand people entrusted me to represent the sale of their home, property, or business. I’ve also helped over six hundred home buyers and sellers do just that. Many of which were repeat customers. Helping people is what I enjoy most. Therefore, representation of my client, be it buyer or seller, is the most important thing to me. Along with my real estate experience, I’ve held a number of other positions in the working world which helps me relate and understand people on a personal level. I’m also a published author of two children’s books and two novels. I served my country in the US Navy, and also an Eagle Scout, which is the highest-ranking level of boy scouts. My wife and I are lifetime residents, which provides me with a knowledge of local history you don’t find every day. We have two adult children and spend time with them at every opportunity. What you can expect from me is I do my homework, draw on the local knowledge, and provide my clients with as much information as possible to make an informed decision.
