Shanen Horvath

Biography

My names Shanen, but you can call me Shay. I’m a PA licensed real estate agent with RE/MAX Affiliates. “I’m from Philadelphia, born and raised, in Fishtown, that’s where I spent most of my days.” Likewise, I’m very familiar with Philadelphia, and the surrounding counties. Prior to becoming an agent I worked for a development company, where I learned a lot about the real estate industry and was able to expand my network, and connect with new people. Most importantly, it showed me the emotional and financial struggles that people sometimes face when buying or selling a home. As an agent, my out-of-the-box thinking style, my ability to manage both my own emotions and understand the emotions of others, along with my outgoing personality, make me an amazing negotiator. I am committed to making sure my clients have a stress-free and positive experience. I want my clients to understand and be involved with the entire real estate transaction.
