Biography

I serve as a Junior Associate on the Roy Belson Team at RE/MAX ONE Commercial, proudly part of Gold Nation—the largest RE/MAX affiliate spanning seven states. Our team specializes in commercial investment sales and leasing, serving a diverse range of clients including institutional investors, private owners, and developers.

In my role, I support clients through every stage of the transaction process—whether it’s site acquisition, property disposition, or complex leasing scenarios. I work directly under Roy Belson, Senior Vice President of RE/MAX ONE Commercial, and have had the privilege of contributing to over $17 million in closed commercial transactions. These deals have included everything from environmentally sensitive redevelopment sites to the sale of income-producing assets.

As the junior member of our high-performing team, I assist senior brokers with market research, valuation analysis, marketing strategy, and transaction execution. I bring a strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to solving challenges, and a deep commitment to helping our clients make well-informed real estate decisions.
