Agent Bio John E. King, Broker at RE/MAX Crown Realty, has been a REALTOR® since 2004. Although born in Pennsylvania, he moved to Sebastian, Florida at age 3 and grew up a true Indian River County resident. He then attended The Florida State University where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management in 2002. Although an avid FSU fan, his career moved him back down south to West Palm Beach where he resided for two years as a branch manager for Florida Engineered Construction Products. Growing up, John always took interest in his father's work in the real estate industry. In 2004, he returned to Sebastian and decided to join the ranks of agents at Realty King, his family's brokerage. John quickly joined the long list of top producers. After learning about RE/MAX's global presence, lead brand awareness, and unique business model, the Kings decided to open their first RE/MAX franchise, RE/MAX Crown Realty. Today the successful franchise has grown to be #1 in RE/MAX Market Share (total number of units) in Indian River County with 50+ agents.
