I may have been licensed for more than 25 years, almost 21 of which have been with Re/Max, but being a mother and grandmother are my greatest achievements. Working with new home buyers is one of the many things I enjoy about being a Realtor®, being a part of one of the most exciting times in a buyer's life is daunting, but also very satisfying. I respect and appreciate that I have helped someone make a good decision about one of the biggest purchase in their lives, and do not take that responsibility lightly. When it comes to a seller, I work very hard to help them maximize their proceeds while getting their house sold as fast as possible.
My real estate business is based on relationships. Although, I do marketing, building long term relationships is my main focus. It is very important to me that clients are very comfortable and happy to refer friends and family in the future. Most of my business is referrals from past clients. My goal is to help clients make good decisions while keeping in mind that they will probably be buying and selling in the future.
With the years that I have been in business, I have learned how to do many types of sales, including, new homes, land, foreclosures, short sales, possible investment properties and standard sales. Adding commercial knowledge is just another way to be of help to my clients. My goal is to be my clients go to person for all things real estate related, not just with lenders, inspectors, and title people, but also vendors you may need at any time in the future. Taking time to talk with someone and helping advise them of how to put themselves in the position to purchase in the future is also something I happy to do. Sellers also frequently ask for advice on how to get their home ready to go on the market. .
