Biography

I have been working as a Commercial Agent for close to 7 years, incorporating Tenant and Landlord representation, Business evaluation and sales, as well as Property evaluation and Sales into my practise. I have education in Residential and Interior Design, Project Management training, and business organization and management experience. I have an understanding of the infrastructure and design requirements needed for most commercial projects. Previously, I worked for many years in healthcare, and have a deep insight into clinical practice.

All in all, I believe that I am a good resource for your new or existing business property solutions.

In my experience in commercial transactions, I am backed by a knowledgeable team of long term Commercial agents and staff. My team and I are also happy to provide assistance with your Residential Property purchase and sale needs.

My passion is working with prospective tenants , landlords, and property owners , guiding and informing people newer to the marketplace and helping them find the right space at the right time for the right price. I have a solution based approach to life, and am committed to focusing on my clients’ requirements and understanding their unique situations. I am able to utilize my people and negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction every time.

For over 30 years Regina and area has been my home. I love this part of the world, and its people, and having just a small part in its evolution is extremely rewarding.
