Born and raised in rural Washington, Matthew Lindsay moved with his family to Big Lake, Alaska, in 2005. Shortly after graduation, Matthew became a Wildland Firefighter, working and living in the outdoors for over eight months each year. Here, he was taught the discipline and rigorous work ethic that are core to his personality and work style. After working for Wildland Fire for over seven years, Matthew decided to switch gears to pursue his passion for real estate. Shortly after starting his career in real estate, Matthew started his own real estate team in mid-2017, Precision Home Group. He quickly grew that, and as soon as he could, he attained his broker license and launched his own independent brokerage before age 30. He grew that brokerage to 20 agents prior to COVID. At the same time he acquired a gym, Southside Strength and Fitness, and within the last couple of years has grown that by 4x. Due to staffing shortages and other issues, Matthew has reduced his real estate team size and returned to RE/MAX. Matthew has a vast background in business, management, and investments and holds production-based designations in Luxury Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate with the CCIM and CLHMS designations.
